Avon Industries Limited have a large capacity CNC profile cutting machine capable of handling sheets up to 10m x 3.6m with both Plasma and Oxy-Fuel cutting capabilities.
This gives us the ability to cut large sized plates from 5mm to 200mm thick. We also have an ABB robot welder for those production welding jobs capable of handling 4 stations at once.
Couple all this with the ability in-house to design and nest your cut files or to cut from compatible files provided by yourselves, Avon are well placed to handle any profile cutting or welding job you may require.
